Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, This weekend we celebrate the 32nd Sunday in Ordinary Time: The bulletin for this weekend,
November 8, can be found

National Vocations Awareness Week: Celebrated November 1-7, 2026, National Vocations Awareness Week is an annual weeklong celebration of the Catholic Church in the United States dedicated to promoting vocations to the priesthood and religious life through prayer and education.
Seminarians Joshua Dykes and Justin Fagge, a St. Paul parishioner, will speak before all Masses, and there will be a second collection to support seminarians. Please pray for vocations and consider giving an online gift
here.
Veterans Day: This Wednesday, November 11, we honor the men and women who have served our country in the United States Armed Forces. We are grateful for their courage, sacrifice, and willingness to serve in defense of the freedoms we enjoy.
I invite you to join me in praying for all veterans, especially those in our parish community, and for the families who have shared in their sacrifices. Latin Mass Setting: Beginning this weekend, we will use the Latin Mass setting at our weekend Masses.
The Latin chants and English translations can be found in the bulletin to help everyone participate. As a reminder, the Second Vatican Council encouraged the continued use of Latin in the liturgy, stating, “The use of the Latin language is to be preserved in the Latin rites” (
Sacrosanctum Concilium, 36 §1). By incorporating these familiar Latin chants into our worship, we continue to embrace the rich liturgical tradition of the Church.
Walking in the Footsteps of St. Paul – Greece Pilgrimage: What an incredible blessing it was to travel with 50 pilgrims from St. Paul as we walked in the footsteps of our patron saint! From Athens and Corinth to Ephesus, Philippi, and Thessaloniki, we visited the places where St. Paul preached the Gospel and helped establish the early Church. To stand in these places and reflect on the beginnings of our faith was a truly remarkable experience. Throughout our pilgrimage, we carried the prayers and intentions of our parish with us. My hope is that the experiences and reflections we shared will inspire all of us to follow St. Paul's example and continue growing as disciples of Jesus Christ. I invite you to

Preparing Well: Continuing the Conversation: Thank you to everyone who joined us for the first session of our Preparing Well series. I hope it inspired you to begin important conversations with your loved ones.
Please join me this Wednesday, November 11 from 9:30–11:00 AM in Lower Level 3, for Moral Decisions at the End of Life. Our panel will offer guidance on healthcare decisions, advance directives, hospice and palliative care, while helping us understand how our Catholic faith can guide these important decisions. I also invite you to watch my video below as we continue this important conversation. These are conversations that touch all of our lives, and I encourage you to join us, whether or not you attended our first session. Preparing well is an act of faith and love. If you missed the first session or would like to watch it again, you can view the recording
